    Hello Friends. I'm Katherine and I'm so happy to meet you!

     

    Nutrition change is Hard, even when you have to, want to and totally know what to do!

     

    20 years in health care as a registered dietitian and nurse practitioner has given me insights I'm excited to share with you. After years of seeing patients, friends and family struggle with nutrition changes, I started to examine why.

     

    Food has a special place in our lives. It helps us connect, it's a way to show love, we associate food with fun, health and life itself. When we try to "diet", we feel like so much is taken away. I promise it doesn't have to be that way! And you don't need to spend hours in the kitchen or get a personal chef!

     

    Combining my love of food and cooking with my love for health I've taken cues from a Mediterranean approach to life and food. Where the focus is connection, friends, family, and local healthy foods prepared simply. This is what I'm excited to share with you.

     

    You'll find simple healthy recipes and tips for approaching food with ease rather than anxiety. Let's use a Mediterranean approach to food and lifestyle to build better health.
